    The chit auction duration is 5-15 minutes or earlier. One who bids maximum amount is considered to be the prized bidder. In case of more than one person opts to maximum of 30 percent, the prized subscriber is decided by draw. The maximum bit permitted is 30% and minimum is 5% of the chit value.
